At present, we require a specialist in B2B-focused sales in order to grow our primary revenue stream within our Joint Venture base; someone who is well versed in online marketing and sales pipelines, ideally with a familiarity of CRM technology.

Now, What Will You Be Selling?

Your primary role is going to be the development of partnerships and collaborations with other companies and influencers, who will promote our company and offer to their audience. This of course makes your ability to create, cultivate and nurture relationships very important.

This may be better known to you as JV (Joint Venture) Recruitment or Affilliate Recruitment; with a view to promoting and advertising our core offers to new audiences, on an extremely lucrative commission basis (strong up front revenue and long-term recurring revenue).

The size of the companies you'll be working with ranges from small 6-figure digital marketing companies, to larger 7 and 8-figure software companies. The businesses typically do $200,000 to $10 Million in revenue per year.

Growing these relationships and securing promotional deals tends to be done with the owner or CEO of the company directly, either by email, phone, Facebook and/or Skype. You'll generally be dealing with business owners and entreprenurial types.

The businesses themselves generally sell marketing services, softwares and consultation to entrepreneurs, digital nomads and small start-ups. The deals you put together typically generate anywhere between $1,000 - $200,000 revenue.

About You:

Do you have prior experience selling B2B? Can you cultivate strong relationships and collaborations? Are you well versed in online marketing? Do you understand sales cycles? Can you get to grips with CRM technologies?

You must have experience in Business to Business sales, with a proven track record. You must have a flair for persuasion and fine-tuning sales processes, with a healthy obsession for numbers and conversions in order to help grow our sales as fast as possible. We have an innovative, in-demand product and barely scratched the surface of what we can really do.

If you're looking to join an existing sales team with a proven process where you can essentially settle in and paint by numbers, this is NOT for you!

While you'll be given training and shown what has worked well for us so far, you'll be in a position to innovate, test, improve and come up with ideas that can grow our sales, and help systemize it into a process others can follow. It's important to have skills both in securing the deals (i.e. 'closing') and relationship building, since a single partner can bring us over 7 figures in business over a few years and promotions.

About The Role:

As our Primary Joint Venture Manager / JV Sales Person, you'll have the opportunity to directly impact multiple aspects of the company.

  • Knowing the core product 'Inside Out'
  • Ability to address objections and clearly display the benefits of partnering with us to prospects
  • Identifying new opportunities to forge new partnerships & deals

  • Being an avid reader of sales, psychology and business
