About the work:

To help us prepare for another year of spectacular growth, our company is looking for a results-driven performer with in-depth knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimizer), CRM Manager, content marketing, conversion funnels, SEO. inbound marketing and marketing automation expert.

Initially you'll be working alongside one of our in-house CRO experts to learn our internal processes, and you can expect a lot of hands-on involvement with the daily optimization of our many website properties and SaaS products.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to create Conversion Analysis campaigns from conception to execution
• In-depth understanding of CRM processes and marketing automation
• Excellent writing skills, especially on the subject of tech-based marketing
• A good understanding of SEO and a willingness to learn
• A good understanding of copywriting skills and direct marketing
• Ability to implement and find new sources of traffic
• Ability to implement and oversee inbound marketing campaigns
• An understanding of the PR and Press Release industry
• An understanding of B2B marketing
• Organizational skills and documentation of marketing processes
• An expert in sales funnels from execution to improvements
• Experience with paid traffic such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Solo Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Media Buys
• Ability to work with and leverage a talented team of copywriters, developers and customer advocates
• Ability to see both the "Big Picture" in how systems come together, while still maintaining attention to detail for individual processes

Pay rate is largely based on experience and expertise in the above areas.
